Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Reward, Punishment To Improve Employee Performance

Human resources are important in an organization because the success of depends largely on quality and performance individuals organization. This study analyzes team member influenced by organizational citizenship behavior, reward, punishment. The population all employees Cahaya Sentosa Cooperative Purwodadi is 101 people. sampling technique uses saturated techniques. Research instruments with questionnaires that have been tested for validity reliability. Analysis multiple linear regression, data processed SPSS 24.0 windows program. 
 In conclusion, behavior does not affect performance; reward punishment variables positively significantly staff performance. Punishment has greatest (dominant) influence Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Reward, Punishment, Employee Performance
